Individual Therapy (12+)

$145-150 per session (50 minutes)

Couples Therapy

$160-$175 per session (50 minutes)

I work with all couples, to improve communication, rebuild trust, and address concerns around intimacy and connection. Family Therapy

$180 per session (50 minutes)

Whether you're navigating parenting struggles, intergenerational conflict, emotional distance, or major life transitions, family therapy provides a safe and supportive space to work through difficulties together. I work with families of all forms to improve communication, resolve tension, and foster deeper understanding. Each voice matters in the room, and together we’ll rebuild connection, strengthen relationships, and create a more harmonious, resilient family dynamic that honours your unique identity and needs

Shannon Woolner
M.ED,  Registered Psychotherapist, CRPO #10323

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with an M.Ed (Counselling Program) from the University of Calgary, and a BA (Honours) in Psychology and English from Trent University. I have worked in the field of addiction and mental health for more than 15 years and have provided clinical supervision for approximately 5 years. I am currently working in private practice, and some of my areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and chronic pain and illness.

 

Throughout my career, I have gained experience and training in various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Counselling, and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT).
