Couples Therapy

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with an M.Ed (Counselling Program) from the University of Calgary, and a BA (Honours) in Psychology and English from Trent University. I have worked in the field of addiction and mental health for more than 15 years and have provided clinical supervision for approximately 5 years. I am currently working in private practice, and some of my areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and chronic pain and illness.
Throughout my career, I have gained experience and training in various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Counselling, and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT).
